Great book for GI basics and menu planning. I already have this book and it is excellent. Easy to follow advice and two week diet plan which really works. So, bought it for my daughter. She is very eased with it too.

This book was bargain priced and arrived in excellent condition from the UK in one week. Have been on the Easy GI Diet for one month and lost 10 pounds by avoiding the 'bad' carbs and walking daily.

I adore this book. It has helped me to understand my body's response to sugar. Since I have been following the book, I have not only lost weight, but also really benefited from less energy highs and lows. I wake up feeling more energized. The one thing that you should know going into this type of eating plan is that planning is key. It does take more time to plan the meals that I eat, but it is worth it for the energy that I have gained. Great great book. I recommend it to all my friends.

This book is so great. It's beautifully written AND illustrated, but even more than that, it takes all the foods we instinctively know are good for us, and shows us how to use them. It helps manage blood sugar and can help anyone avoid terrible diseases like cancer and heart disease because the nutritional advice is sound and proven. The book is not a fad diet -- it's for life.

I was tired of the high and lows from high sugar low-fat foods, but the EASY GI DIET changed my eating habits for life. I feel so much BETTER, skin looks healthy and energy levels are normal. Just wished I had known about the easy and healthy way of living sooner!
