In this book you can educate the young people in your life how words have an effect on the water in their bodies and others. Your thoughts influence your Essence. Your body is 60% water and your brain alone is 70% water. The book shows how Water takes on connotation or the feeling of the words used around it. Water samples are taken and exposed to various images, words, music, ect. and frozen. The end results are gorgeous displays of the power of thought and words. Teach this to children it will empower them and yourself for having this invaluable knowledge. Show them the images of water that is exposed to positive affirmations and loving word choices...such as "I love you" the water in frozen and reveals a beautiful ice crystal formed at the top. I would want that beautiful water in my body, wouldn't you? On the other hand, negative sentiments like "I hate you" or "you fool" form into discolored, broken, and/or fragmented ice crystals when frozen. This is an important theme for children. Also a perfect time to teach your children how to use positive affirmations and the power of self love and self love practices. This is so important for your youngsters. It is worth your time, the adult version of this book which further demonstrated these concepts and experiments is called "The Hidden Messages in Water" by Masaru Emoto

Anything Mr. Emoto has to say and reveal on his research into the incredible substance of water is well worth reading about and knowing as much as possible, since we are both made of water, and NEED water on a daily basis. I liked the book, a little repetitive, but my boys and I like the message. Not the type of book you'd read twice...once you get the concept, you get it.

This book opens your eyes to how critical good water really is. It brings to light how alive this substance really is and how humanities abuse of fresh water has left us in a state of almost ruin. But the thing I really liked was how he gives you hope that we can turn things around. I have started to play for my plants some of the classical music that he mentions in this book, and it works. My plants were perky and looked really healthy after listening to some good clean classical music.
