He lives in Dublin with his wife and children. The writing style is actually very pleasant, light-hearted and amusing. Unfortunately the historical accuracy sucks great big fuzzy green rocks. I spotted five errors of factual content that reading the Encyclopedia Brittanica could have prevented. I also noticed that 5 minutes of reading brought me more than 10% into the book. That means the amount of content is actually quite short. That means I wasted 8 bucks on something that I would finished in under an hour and a half.
