He designs and teaches courses in Media Applications, ment, Evaluation and Change, and Instructional Technology Foundations. Mike served as chairman of the IST department from 1988 to 1991. He has lectured and consulted extensively on educational technology in Spain, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Korea, Swaziland, and several countries in Latin America and the Middle East.
