The first reviewer missed the whole point of the book. The book is not to teach educators how to discipline students, but rather how to use many different mental disciplines in creating a curriculum for students. Hence the inter (between) discipline (systematic training).

This books main focus is not to help educators deal with diciplin but to inform them that all young adults need it. It is an unesscessary book for any collection. This book conentrates on permanently hurting the child emotionaly so that then they will not do it ever again. I was disgusted also with the layout of this book
