First and foremost, if you're actually taking Wills in law school, I can personally vouch for it as a great supplement (I had the pleasure of having the author as a professor). Go to class, take your notes, read this book and collect your A. For anyone using this book outside that context, it should serve as a good primer for any questions you might have about estate planning and trusts in general. Obviously, there's no substitute for experience or professional advice, but at the very least, you will get an idea of what issues are most pressing and what questions you should be asking about your own property distributions. The more you inform yourself, the more accurately your lawyer, drafter, etc. can ensure you're getting what you want out of your will or trust.
