I so want more stories about wolf and Aralorn. This is sthe first book i have read by patricia Briggs but i want them all now. Would recommend this to everyone, would love to know what happens with Aralorns little brother.

When I first bought this I was mad, I foolishly thought it was a third book in the series... But when I read it I found the re-writes to Masques to be so indepth that it kind of is a third book. Happy with my purchase.

My introduction to Patricia Briggs, and it was fabulous. Briggs is a strong author when it comes to world building, the rules of her magic, dialogue, and building up the relationships with lots of realism. Strongly recommend her if you like fantasy, adventure, action, and a touch of romance.

As a first book, you can see the extrem potential that Briggs brought to the world of Fantasy and can appreciate how much work she put into both of these novels. If you like reading this kind of book you will love it. It starts off a little slow but before you know it you can't put it down.

This rendition of her first novel and its sequel charmed me initially--and added another layer to the stories she has presented to her readers. Her plot line and characters are delightfully strong and keep readers reaching for the next page--even at 2 am.

The only reason I am rating it this low is that at the time of buying it Amazon didn't tell me it was Masques and Wolfbane in one volume. I guess that is kind of bad since I really do love the books. Which is why it has three instead of just one for Amazon.

I have read this series from the beginning. Patricia gets your attention and keeps it. Even though the books deals with magic/magical creatures I think everyone should read it.
