Great copy! Excellent condition.

College requirement, book is on an eighth-grade level. If we're in college, why insult us with a book like this? Don't the authors think by this time of life we're intelligent enough to understand this?

I used this book in a beginning CJ class taught by the co-author (Haley.) Much like the professor, I found the book rambling and unfocused.

Rented for online criminal justice class and liked the book. Information was straight to the point and send back was easy.

Pretty good book for the subject, though a bit needlessly wordy (as most textbooks are).
Terrorism is a major topic throughout, which makes it much more interesting, but unfortunately that's as international as it gets, since this is a book on US law, not world law.
