Seems to be particularly geared to teachers and parents, not adults who are losing vision. That's fine, we need books for both!) I appreciated the idea of tactile maps. It gives me ideas on how I may be able to help myself a my vision declines. The screen readers and magnifiers section will be a big help to me as well as my vision declines. Some days I can see the screen, some days, like today, I can't.

First, I don't know Mr. Lennox; I purchased this book through Amazon because I have deteriorating vision that may, or may not, result in blindness. I thought I would continue to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I expected some tips but I got so much more. He hit on things I have thought about but didn't fully appreciate. I AM still me but it takes a bit more time to do some things. He examines his self worth and how much he has come to understand he contributes to other's perceptions of him. I loved the poems and the humor too. What a full life he has and contiues to lead. How fortunate his students were to have such a role model. Mr. Lennox, you've deeoply contributed to my quest to adapt. Also, you should charge more for this great book!
