I found after reading this book motivation is not something I lacked, what I lacked was way to use worry and stress to my advantage. Dr. Mardus keeps it simple and easy to implement. I recommend this book for everyone in sales, people who run or owns a business. People needing help with a relationships, dealing with anger and frustration.
