Dorothy Cameron Disney MacKaye (November 13, 1903 – September 5, 1992) was born in an American territory that subsequently became Oklahoma. She died September 5, 1992 in Guilford, CT. Under the Dorothy Cameron Disney byline, she was the creator of the modern marriage advice column. Her "Can This Marriage Be Saved" column ran in Ladies' Home Journal for thirty years under the Dorothy Cameron Disney byline.
