He is a nationally sought after speaker and has conducted thousands of public seminars, sharing information that has helped some of America s wealthiest families save millions o. This was an interesting book with some useful concepts for HNW individuals. Be aware that much of the book is sample rate tables.

As a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) with 38 years of experience, Mr. Kaye knows all of the tricks - certainly he knows more than any life insurance agent who has ever called on me. He also describes strategies that I have not heard from estate planners, as well. They seem sound, based on the data presented here. Most of the concepts are built around the tax advantages of life insurance. It accumulates tax free and you can use it to pay your estate taxes.

Wish I had found this when I was younger. I am suggesting my niece takes a look at the theories and charts, etc in this book! Great idea for increasing the estate that you leave by purchasing insurance! I met Barry Kaye one time and loved his ideas! I suggest if you are younger go get this book and read it! Younger=50 or less. You might squeak by at 60 years but at my age I don't have the time to make this work for me!

Life Insurance is the # 1 Paper Asset & everyone should own a policy & better yet several! Take them out when you are Young and/or Healthy & you are assured of leaving your Family, children & Grandchildren Millionaires! Also, what you can do with your own Charity is Outstanding!

Life insurance is a widely misunderstood financial product, as evidenced by the first reviewer of this book. Barry Kaye is a renowned expert in the field, has published several books discussing creative applications for life insurance, and has thus helped his clients create untold millions, and at the same time helped them to save on their taxes.

All financial products exist for a purpose, thus no product can be deemed good or bad without making reference to an individuals' circumstances. To issue a blanket dismissal of the creative uses of life insurance, as the previous reviewer did, is simply ignorant. Sadly, we find views like this expressed all too often by so-called 'financial planners' and accountants, each of whom possess little if any formal education in insurance.

I've read Barry Kaye's books and I can tell you that that contain many creative strategies. Will they all apply to your situation? No. But very likely some will, and one could have a very positive effect on your financial estate.

Finally, to denounce life insurance because it compensates an agent through commission is a fallacious argument. One can get bad advice by paying a fee just as easily as one can by paying a commission.
